We will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, incontinent care, hygiene, shaving, medication management, laundry, housekeeping, meals, and snacks daily. Home Healthcare will come in to provide Physical Therapy/ Occupational Therapy, wound care, and Foley Catheter care as needed. A separate room with exercise equipment will be provided for Physical/Occupational Therapy

Fantastic Garden has a nurse practitioner who will handle the resident's medical needs.

Our residents will be able to age in place. We will allow hospice services for end-of-life care. We have full-time Licensed Practical Nurses for medication management and assistance with residents' care. We also have full-time caregivers and Med Techs on duty as well.
